- This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of Post Office, Bank of Ireland (UK) Plc, OneFamily, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- The promotion will start on 00:00 30/12/2024 and end on 23:59 02/03/2025.

- To qualify for entry to a prize draw, the customer must open a new Post Office savings account in branch or by post, or have an existing active Post Office savings account during the Promotional Period, then:
a. deposit at least £2,000 into the account (in a single or multiple deposits) during the Promotional Period, and
b. visit www.postoffice.co.uk/dreamholiday and opt into the Promotion. Customers will be asked to enter their full name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, home address (that is registered to their Post Office savings account) and confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry instructions are available online for new and existing customers at (www.postoffice.co.uk/dreamholiday)
- Post Office savings account withdrawals are permitted during the Promotional Period in line with Post Office savings account terms and conditions. However, at least £2,000 must have been deposited into the account during the Promotional Period and retained at each weekly draw closing date to be eligible for entry into that week’s prize draw.
- Once customers have met the criteria set out in clause 3, they will become entrants to a weekly prize draw, subject to the requirements in clause 9 below. Full Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria for all Post Office savings accounts apply and can be found at postoffice.co.uk/savings.
- When entrants meet the qualifying criteria set out in clause 3, they will qualify for entry into the prize draw for that week, and each subsequent prize draw as described in point 2, so long as they have opted into the promotion via www.postoffice.co.uk/dreamholiday, confirmed acceptance of these terms and conditions and met the £2,000 savings threshold. For example, if you meet the qualifying criteria on 17 January 2025 then you will be entered into Prize Draws 3-9, so long as you have opted in to the promotion and met the £2,000 savings threshold.
- Entrants must ensure that the details entered at www.postoffice.co.uk/dreamholiday are the same details that are registered to their Post Office savings account for winners’ details to be verified.
- Internet access required to enable opt in to the draw.
- Maximum of one prize per person.
- The promotion is open to sole and/or joint account applications. In the case of an entry from a joint account, the name given at point of entry will be entered into the prize draw.
- Deposits of at least £2,000 into new or existing Post Office savings accounts received after the Closing Date will not be accepted into any prize draws.
- Entries for each weekly prize draw during the Promotional Period are limited to one per Post Office savings account product.
- No entries from agents, third parties, syndicates, organised groups, or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to avoid this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
- Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions set out in clause 3 and all identification and address verification / anti-money laundering checks have been completed. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry at any time during the promotion.
- The Promoter, or any of its partners, does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries or opt-in forms or any applications that are lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise not received for any reason, including technical interruption, fault or website failure. Such entries will be deemed invalid.
Prizes and Winner Selection
- A prize draw will take place within 14 days of the Close Date of each weekly draw period (as set out in clause 2).
- There is one holiday prize worth £5,000 available to be won each week, with a total of nine holiday prizes available to be won throughout the Promotional Period. The £5,000 prize will include one bespoke holiday, including travel and accommodation, arranged with the Promoter’s agent, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd. Holidays are initially selected from options presented to each winner after valid prize claim and will then be arranged with an ABTA-bonded tour operator, bookable through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, including (but not limited to): TUI, Jet2 Holidays, Carnival, Club Med, Crystal Ski, Cunard, Disneyland Paris, Forest Holidays, Golf Breaks, Hoseasons, Inghams, Intrepid, Kuoni, P&O Cruises, Premier Holidays, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean.
- In the event the holiday is less than £5,000 value when arranged, the Promoter will include upgrades and added extras to make up the value, which may include flight or room upgrades.
- Should a winner wish to upgrade their holiday over and above the £5,000 prize value, for example, by adding additional children or activities during their holiday, this may be possible but will be added on solely at the winner’s expense.
- All travel must be completed by 31 January 2026 with a minimum of four weeks’ notice required before travelling. All dates and destinations are subject to availability and therefore early booking is advised.
- Any changes made to the booking after confirmation may occur an amendment charge.
- For overseas prizes a valid passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winners. Any cost associated with acquiring a passport / visa / tourist card is the responsibility of the winners. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation.
- In the event of cancellation by the prize-winner, the winner will not be permitted to claim any refund or replacement.
- The prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or Travellers Cheques. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize and no alternatives will be offered in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value.
- All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier.
- Travel insurance is not included, and it is strongly recommended that holiday insurance is purchased by the traveller at the time of booking.
Winner Notification
- Winners will be drawn at random by an electronic algorithm from all valid entries received by the Close Date for the relevant weekly prize draw period on the dates as shown in the table at clause 2.
- Winners will be notified in the following way:
- The Promoter will first notify winners (subject to verification by the Post Office that they have met the criteria as set out in clause 3) by email (using the details provided at the time of agreement to prize draw terms and conditions), within 7 days of the relevant draw date. The Promoter will then additionally contact winners by phone (a maximum of three attempts to contact winners will be made in 14 days) to verify their win. Where able the Promoter will leave a voicemail message with instructions for how to return the call. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after 14 days of initial notification, the winner’s prize will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute winner in accordance with the promotion rules and using the same methodology as above. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner does not respond due to any technical reason or because of their details being incorrect or incomplete. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat three times for each prize at which point any unclaimed prizes will be declared null and void.
- Prizes will be fulfilled in the following way:
- Following valid claim and the completion of verification of their win, if a winner has met the criteria as set out in Clause 3, an email shall be sent to each winner confirming their win and a link to the website that they may visit to claim their prize.
- Winners will be asked to enter their unique claim code (as sent via email) and will have the opportunity to select their preferred holiday destination from a range of options shown on the website; the holidays shown on the website indicate the type of holiday only and do not constitute the final holiday package.
- Regardless of whether the winner enters their claim code online, winners’ details shall be shared with Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, who shall contact the winners by phone/email within 14 days of winners accepting their prize, working directly with the winners to customize and build their holiday package. The final holiday itinerary will be subject to availability and may differ entirely from the initial options presented online.
- Only one prize will be allocated in each prize draw. In the event of the same winner being drawn in a subsequent weekly prize draw, this will be rejected, and a new winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all the remaining valid entries.
- Only an account holder of the qualifying Post Office savings account can claim the prize. Entrants must ensure that the details supplied upon entry to the prize draw match the details on record for their relevant account.
- Winners must not be in breach of their Post Office savings account terms and conditions at the time the relevant prize draw takes place otherwise their entry to the prize draw will not be valid. - The Promoter will make available the last name and county of residence of the prize winners to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months after 02/03/2025 by contacting
postofficeprizedraw@wearespark.com
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting {insert email address}. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested to do so.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s age). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions without notice including as a result of: any actions beyond our reasonable control; a legal or regulatory issue; a systems failure; or the failure by any third party to perform services. If this happens, the Promoter will notify customers by placing a notice in Post Office branches and on its website as soon as practically possible afterwards. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity arising from this promotion.
- By participating in this promotion entrants understand that their personal data will be collected by the Promoter (and other third parties which are the subcontractors dealing with the administration of the promotion on the Promoter’s behalf) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion. The Promoter and other third parties will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless your consent has been obtained. - By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter and Bank of Ireland (UK) Plc harmless from (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion any enjoyment of any prize to the fullest extent permitted by law (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
